The driver Jayden was awesome . Very professional . Too bad his truck wasn’t so good. O’Hare used to care for their drivers and equipment. Jayden had no functioning light bars on his truck nor did he have any backup strobe lights when he backed up. I guess O’ Hare is more about profits than driver safety .

Prompt response on a tire blowout & rusted spare tire lock. Called local tire shop, towed me there & helped getting me back on the road in under 2 hours. Operator Cupertino was extremely friendly & helpful!

They came fast both guys n they hook me up fast also n the ride n conversation to the shop excellent also
