Having a flat tire is very stressful. The towing experience was excellent. The two drivers were knowledgeable with towing a Tesla and they were extremely careful and conscientious. They drove carefully & even filled the flat tire with air before they off-loaded the car. Highly recommend their service.

Staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. This will be the first place I call when we need service in the Chicago area.

Can’t say enough about my tow experience. Curt (the tow truck driver) was cool and very chill. He was very calming, which I assume most folks need when their car has to be towed. Overall, a great experience!

I forgot the drivers name but he's awesome, knows his stuff and got the job done quick despite the pouring rain and less than ideal location. The dispatcher. I spoke with was also very good, knew what questions to ask and provided an accurate ETA.

Took very good care of vehicle after being in an accident. When I went to the lot today and took care of paperwork for release was very friendly and easy to work with. Not a fun situation but they took good care of me and my vehicle even dropped it off for me at repair shop.

They were great and very friendly. I live in Belvidere, out by Rockford. When I fly out of Ohare, I park at my works office building in wooddale. Very late last night I got back from a 5 day trip. It was extremely cold and my car wouldn't start. I was in an industrial park so there's nowhere I could've walked to get help, without getting frostbite, lol. While they were delayed beyond their original ETA, they did keep us updated and safely delivered our Sprinter 3500 to the dealer for a prompt resolution.

These guys are the best. If I could give them more stars I would. I was left stranded by another tow company that had me waiting 4+hours only to he told they don't know how to tow a car with a broken ball joint. O’hare sent out a pro. He got it on the truck with ease and made it look easy. They were out in less than 30minutes when I was quoted from other places minimum 4 hour wait at 4am. Despite circumstances, the O'Hara Towing Tow Truck driver was extremely professional, safe, patient, polite, and understanding. He also arrived promptly and provided most excellent towing services.
