Awesome Female Tow Truck driver had my truck unlocked within minutes of pulling up. Extremely fast job much appreciated.

I'll be honest, I paid more than other options available to me for a rotating boom truck service to lift a couple of very large generators onto trailers, and 18 heavy AC units as well. One of the generators had to be dismantled in pieces requiring finesse and skill from a knowledgeable operator. I am so glad I chose O'Hare. The operator, Mike, was a seasoned problem solver who figured out how best to get the job done with the generators and came up with the best way to load the AC's onto trailers that o...

Jamieson or Jay as he likes to go by and came out ti try to help me with my 5th wheel that wouldn't uncouple. He couldn't get it to go and told me uo front that I may have to have the 5th wheel rebuilt and if that happens I won't be able to do anything for several days. He helped with communicating the issue to my company and even helped me get to a truck place down the way when he didn't have to. I appreciate you Jay and thanks so much man.

Great service

Great experience overall! From the call confirming the tow to the actual pick up of my vehicle. The driver called to say he’d be early, which was a bonus. Very nice guy. Explained what he needed to do and did it promptly. Professional and patient. If I need a tow in the future, this will be my go to and will recommend them as well.

They arrived exactly when they said they would. Jay, the guy who helped me, was extremely patient and communicative. They called twice to apprise me if their progress which was extremely helpful as I was trying to stay warm in a neighboring building.The service itself was top notch ... When my car drained the jumper pack, Jay pivoted and got me hooked up to the truck itself. He had good advice and I would definitely reach out to them again if needed!!

I would recommed this company 1000x over. I am from Michigan. I broke down on the highway. The gentleman Chris. One of my knights in shining armor! He was so polite and helpful. He literally was so patient looking up YouTube videos on how to fix it. For two hours we tried everything before he was going to charge me for a tow! Thank you so very much for everything!
