Your Tow Member Alex did a great job. He was professional and friendly. He rendered an exceptional service.

Chris was my tow truck driver , He's a great guy and knows what he's doing he also cracking me up with his stories .The only thing I wasn't happy about was the service charge for credit card , it was a 250 dollar tow I can see maybe service charge for 150 .

They came out and fixed my hose and there very professional

Great service and timely! Called and advised dispatch of my location and where I wanted the vehicle towed. They gave me an approximate time and the tow truck driver was right on time. Very friendly and helpful service.

Came to my rescue when my Tesla auto-piloted right into a crater of a pothole. Tesla roadside assistance and O'Hare towing provided excellent, compassionate, prompt service. I waited less than 60 minutes for service and Justin even apologized for it taking that long. I am so grateful for the courteous and professional service provided by O'Hare. I hope to not be a repeat customer. LOL.

This place is great. My wife was in an accident the night before and when I asked to release the vehicle to insurance the first thing they asked is if my wife was ok. They were very helpful with filling out the forms and what the next insurance steps are. Highly recommended!

The level of service from the actual towing company was great. Unfortunately, Tesla service who the tow was coordinated through was not so good.
