Very fast and easy process.

Driver seemed very knowledgeable on towing a Tesla. Arrived on time, followed up with a call to assure my vehicle arrived at Tesla Service Center and was secure.

Took great care of my vehicle and brought it to the service center without incident!

After almost 2 hours, our roadside company couldn't find a truck, so I called O'Hare Towing directly. From the dispatcher to our driver Carl, the experience was professional and efficient. Rarely do I say they went above and beyond, but they did! It was a special antique car and they had the right equipment and experience to move it with absolutely no damage. Hertz used this company to bring us a car after our rental broke down. The o’hare towing was great, hertz on the other hand, sucked. The only positive part of my experience was o’hare towing.

The gentleman (Frank) that assisted me did an awesome job! I'm a disabled person and waited for another tow service (for 6 hours!) that never arrived. I called O'Hare Towing, which gave me an ETA of 45 minutes. 43 minutes later they arrived. I'm extremely grateful for the service they provided. If ever I need a tow again (hopefully not), I'll give them a call. With deepest appreciations, thank you O'Hare Towing.

Having a good staff to deal with and talk to, it is making me feel at ease !everything was still in my car. Nobody wants to get their car towed but if they did it would be by them. Thanks guys
