great customer service And good communication

I had a flat tire at the airport on Thanksgiving Day - nothing much more stressful than that! But Ray from O'Hare Towing came out, put on my spare tire, only to find the spare was going flat too! He called all over trying to find a shop to put on a new tire for me to no avail on a holiday. He did find a shop who did "fix" the situation (probably leaking rim), and I was able to get back on the road. It was a stressful situation made manageable by Ray. driver was great,very careful during tie down process only problem was 540$ tow (40 mile) but is was sunday night and they were only tow company who answered phone. i knew the cost before hand as they were very up front with cost and time frame with contact from dispatch . drop off at my house was also great as the driver had to back up a hill and back throught a couple of trees to spot my truck in front of my garage

I used this towing service a month ago and they were very efficient. I called for a flat tire replacement and they came right away in the middle of the night/early morning. There rates are fair and they are reliable. They are actually 24/7 as they market themselves; they answer everytime you call no matter the time of day! Great company to do business with!
