driver was great,very careful during tie down process only problem was 540$ tow (40 mile) but is was sunday night and they were only tow company who answered phone. i knew the cost before hand as they were very up front with cost and time frame with contact from dispatch . drop off at my house was also great as the driver had to back up a hill and back throught a couple of trees to spot my truck in front of my garage

I used this towing service a month ago and they were very efficient. I called for a flat tire replacement and they came right away in the middle of the night/early morning. There rates are fair and they are reliable. They are actually 24/7 as they market themselves; they answer everytime you call no matter the time of day! Great company to do business with!

Cannot express my gratitude to Ray for how professional and caring he was when dealing with my car. He treated it like it was his own. He had to manually push it while steering down the driveway and put it in a position to tow from the front. He called with updates and definitely worked up a sweat as the car weighs over 6,000 lbs. He went Above and Beyond and it’s really reassuring to know that there are some truly good people out there in this crazy world. Thank you Ray!

The driver Jayden was awesome . Very professional . Too bad his truck wasn’t so good. O’Hare used to care for their drivers and equipment. Jayden had no functioning light bars on his truck nor did he have any backup strobe lights when he backed up. I guess O’ Hare is more about profits than driver safety .
