While they were delayed beyond their original ETA, they did keep us updated and safely delivered our Sprinter 3500 to the dealer for a prompt resolution.

Sadly the 2nd time I have needed a tow truck in past few months. Used O’Hare last time as well. They are helpful and answered my questions. The tow driver was very polite and arrived really fast. I experienced the same last time I used their tow service as well. If you need a tow O’Hare is the company to pick.

These guys are the best. If I could give them more stars I would. I was left stranded by another tow company that had me waiting 4+hours only to he told they don't know how to tow a car with a broken ball joint. O’hare sent out a pro. He got it on the truck with ease and made it look easy. They were out in less than 30minutes when I was quoted from other places minimum 4 hour wait at 4am. Despite circumstances, the O'Hara Towing Tow Truck driver was extremely professional, safe, patient, polite, and understanding. He also arrived promptly and provided most excellent towing services. He called all over trying to find a shop to put on a new tire for me to no avail on a holiday.
